Dry, pus, cracks in corners of mouth? Possible angular cheilitis?

I am anemic which is part of a cause of angular cheilitis but i take a daily vitamin, (well i recently skipped a few days) so i cant imagine im to deficient in vitamins, i think something similar like this happened while i was in a wilderness camp and it spread all over my chin and around my mouth and im so scared its gunna happen again. i dont have insurance, so if its an infection i dont know how to stop it… any ideas anyone?

u really need to see a dr - but i understand - maybe try some triple antibiotic ointment.
