Can I have angular cheilitis even if the corner of my mouth is not split open or wounded?

its smooth skin with tiny bumps and its darker and gets inflamed when bothered with.
It may just be the start of angular chelitis. Perhaps your vitamin deficiency isn't bad enought o cause a break in the skin yet. Then again, it could be something else all together. Best to have your doc have a look at it.
