angular cheilitis or perleche

I knew angular cheilitis angular cheilitis. I tried topical antifungal creams, but no luck at all. What can I do
I drool at night (I know it's serious), but caused perleche get on the right side of my mouth. I tried to fight cons prescription-fungal creams, but without luck. I'm drooling thing under control now, but it was a month of applying the cream with no luck at all. Please help! THANK YOU!
Try to sleep more in the back, so do not drool.
